Notes:

  • There is a security/damage deposit of $500 for residential students.
  • The International Riding Academy provides students with horse showing opportunities throughout the year. These horse shows are a necessary part of students' training to grow confidence and expand their skills, and a horse show schedule will be worked out with the student and parents and our trainers at the beginning of each term. Costs of horse shows are an additional expense to students.
  • A deposit or credit card on file is required for vet, farrier and other horse-related costs. These will be billed directly by the supplier, or if paid by Stables, will be reimbursed at cost.

The Academy Includes:

  • Daily instruction on student’s horse and Academy horse
  • Full training and care of Academy student’s horse (students are expected to tack and help take care of the horses as part of the Academy’s teaching program)
  • De-worming every 4-5 weeks
  • Scheduling and preparing student's horse for farrier (farrier costs to be billed directly to Student)
