Coaching riders at the junior level has certain requirements not found with other age groups. These differences require a different set of skills, approach, and philosophies to develop these riders. The iRiding Academy understands these differences and embodies the skills necessary to develop junior riders. The iRiding Academy will help the students develop a love for their horses as well as the necessary foundations and skills to build upon for the years to come as they continue on in their competition careers. It is our goal to develop each of them as well-rounded people as well as competitive riders.
